Joan Wambui

Joan is an analyst at Sterling REIT Asset Management Limited working under Asset Management department. She is responsible for with tracking and analyzing aspects of real estate market as well as providing support for implementation of company strategy framework and relevant policies.

In addition she also attends to the request for information and data as well as undertakes selective aspects of the administrative roles within the organization. Joan joined Sterling Capital in 2021 as a member of Research and Corporate Finance departments undertaking research and due diligence support.

Joan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Daystar University.
